At Gleerealtors, we follow a straightforward, transparent, and seamless process, ensuring our clients are fully informed from the initial inquiry to the final purchase. There are no hidden charges, and we offer complimentary site visits to all our listed properties.
Inquiry
One of our sales team members will connect with you to walk you through the available properties and provide all the necessary details.
Property portfolio
Next, we'll provide you with a customized portfolio suited to your investment category.
Plot/Land Selection
We will provide you with a layout plan showing the available plots.
Free Site Visit
Following that, we'll schedule a convenient day for a FREE site visit. For our clients in the diaspora, we recommend appointing a local representative to attend on your behalf
Booking Process
Once you've identified the plots you're interested in, we allow a 7-day booking period to give you ample time to conduct due diligence. During this period, a copy of the title deed will be provided to assist with your search process.
Payment Options
Next, we’ll go over the available payment options. For cash buyers, full payment is required within 30 days. For installment plans, a deposit of Ksh 500,000 is required to secure the plot
Sales Agreement
We will have our lawyer prepare a sales agreement for your review. To proceed,you will be needed to provide the following documents: a copy of your ID, a copy of your KRA PIN, and three (3) passport-sized photographs.
Signing of Documents
The client may sign the documents remotely and send the signed copies by courier, or alternatively, visit our lawyers’ offices to sign them in person.
Payment
The client is required to make a deposit upon signing the sales agreement. Payment can be made through several options, including Bank Account, cheques, or M-Pesa Paybill Number.
Completion
Completion occurs 30 days from the date the documents are submitted to the land registry for transfer.
Title Deed
After registration, a soft copy of the title deed is sent to the client to verify the names and ID numbers. The original documents are kept at the office until they are collected.
